Boogie on the Boulevard is coming to the Grand Concourse August 2, 9, and 16! Would you like to be a participating artist? BxArts Factory will bring arts programming to the street in collaboration with various art organizations! Our goal is to have a BxArts “Factory on the Concourse” featuring artists creating live art, teaching workshops and engaging the community through creativity! A studio/gallery outdoor experience for the community! We are looking for artists to volunteer a bit of their time on one, two or the 3 Sundays in August from 12 to 4 pm. Do you have an artwork that just needs a (large) public space? Are you a dancer that would like to do a dance class, an actor that would like to do a play for the community and maybe do an improvisation workshop?
